I received a quote from Jorge on 12/31/12. My main concern with him, we spoke about for at least 10 minutes, was I would be leaving Michigan on 01/10/13 and want my car picked up before than. He explained there was 5-7 business days needed to find a carrier. I originally put 1/7/13 as my pick up date, but asked him to change it to 12/31/12. He said he will and he'll be in touch with me 1/4/13. I called him on the 4th. From there he said I won't have any bids since my pick up date is 1/7/13. I said I thought you changed it to when we spoke 12/31/12. He said you didn't say anything on my confirmation email 1/2/13. I took a look and told him I misunderstood the email since we verbally discussed changing the date. From there my service went downhill. He changed my pick up date to 1/4/13, which made the new 5-7 business days end on 1/14/13. I had to now find someone to watch my car since I was moving on 1/10/13. From there, I had to keep getting in touch with him to get a status. I felt like he was doing nothing for me. When we spoke, he kept saying the same things I heard the first day we spoke. I also felt like whenever we spoke, he didn't have any recollection of why I was upset. Finally, the 7th business day came, 1/14/13, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and didn't call him awaiting his call. No call/email. I call 1/15/13 and he gives me the same pre-written sales talk he said every time we spoke. He said my quote is too low, the one that HE quoted me. After we hung up, I called Magic Carpet Auto and Greg Bailey found me a carrier 2 days later for $1,030. I called Jorge to cancel, left him a voicemail and sent a follow-up email. Not too long after, I received a cancellation email. That was the quickest response I received from him the entire communication. It's unfortunate I had bad service with Jorge because I chose this company based on the reviews on this website.
