I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and sent out a few requests for quotes on delivery of my car. The initial contact I had with Excellent Auto Transport was with Bernie.
She explained the process and quickly provided me with a quote. Possession date of the car was delayed and she patiently waited for things to be worked out. Drop off location was changed as well and she ensured that the delivery service was notified immediately of the change.
I was unsure of using someone else to do the arranging of pick up and delivery but it actually saved me time and a headache.
