i have used GetItDone 3 times. each time, my car was returned in the original condition, and the duration of the transport time was within the estimated time. i did not call every day to get the status. i do not know whether GetItDone provides that kind of service, but GetItDone delivered what they promised: my car was transported within the estimated timeframe.

i will be transporting my car again, and i plan on using GetItDone again.
