Well I don't know what to tell everyone. Called and a guy named J.R. (I believe) explained everything to me. I agreed and within a 24 hr period there was someone at my door picking up my BMW. He gave me very little notice and just kinda showed up but I was somewhat expecting that.
The guy was ok...didn't speak English real well but whatever. I was quoted I needed to make payment in cash ($260) to the driver. Well, the driver told me $300 and would not leave unless I paid the total in full. I called J.R. and he answered and informed me that I was to pay the 300 and they would subtract the $40 from their broker fee. So all in all an ok deal. Just wished he would have told me a little sooner.
In the end they did what they said at the price they quoted me (which was $100 less than the other guys)....The guy picked the car up headed out and and delivered the car in one piece. My customer was happy and I was happy.
The reason they got 4* instead of 5* is for the confusion and slight lack of communication.
