It took 7 days after sending in the request for a driver to pick the car up, then they said it would take 2-3 days to deliver. Took 5 days to deliver, and then they forgot the keys with the car and had to get them sent in. I had to keep paying for my rental that I was using while waiting for the car to arrive and they wouldn't reimburse for any of it. They were not responsive with updates to where my car was and sometimes didn't respond on their own at all, I had to call multiple times to get an answer. I'll use a different service next time.
