Mercury reps are currently helping me with a dispute with Prestige Carrier, INC USDOT Number:
1754497. I WOULD NOT USE PRESTIGE. The driver delivered our vehicle covered in hydraulic fluid, actually, all vehicles on the transport were covered in hydraulic fluid from a faulty trailer (driver admitted). Driver was told by dispatch to clean our vehicle but refused. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I suggest Mercury not use this company in the future!
We had our active duty military son's vehicle transported to his new duty station. He had to have the exterior detailed to have the fluid removed. Prestige Carrier has not offered any compensation. As a result, I will be filing a complaint with DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the EPA and the BBB. If this company is suggested, refuse them!
