When I arranged for my car to be transported by Auto Carry, I was assured that by having it picked up on Dec 26, it would be delivered by Jan 2 (I was flying down to Florida on Jan 1). Based on that information, I packed enough clothes, medicine and medical supplies to last for a few days beyond the delivery date.

When the car was not delivered on January 2, I attempted to reach Auto Carry using the phone numbers provided. Although I left numerous messages, no one returned my calls. By this time, I incurred expenses for taxis so that I could purchase food and my medical supplies were beginning to run very low. A family member attempted to reach Auto Carry on January 6, leaving messages that a stolen car report would be filed if someone did not contact me first thing Monday morning.

On Monday, January 7, a secretary at Auto Carry was finally reached (we called her, no one returned our calls) and she claimed the car was in Florida and would be delivered today. She said someone would call me ASAP to reassure me this was the case. After several hours of not receiving a call, my family member spoke with a very rude manager at Auto Carry who then told her the carrier was supposed to arrive in Florida some time today and would not contact me parents. He was belligerent and felt he did not owe me an explanation.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY, even if they offered me their service for free. They are unreliable, offer no customer service and are then rude.
