This was the first time we had used an auto transport company, so we were not sure how the whole process worked. We went online and got 5 quotes. Budget Auto Shipping came in with the best price. Alex Duran at Budget Auto Shipping was quick to respond with the quote, as well as informative and patient when we called with additional questions. After we accepted the quote, Alex followed up promptly with the necessary emails for confirming the order. Also as the pickup day approached, he replied promptly to several more emails from us. Our experience was stress and hassle-free, so we plan to contact Budget Auto Shipping for any more auto transport needs that we have.
