RAT Damaged my car and Would Not Take Responsibility

RAT apparently subcontracted my shipment to a company who improperly chained the car to the trailer bending the tie rod and misaligning front and rear suspensions. I was unaware of this at the time of shipment- it was underneath the car & the DSC warning light did not appear until after I had driven it for 10 minutes. The repairs cost $474.79.
RAT said that they could not prove the driver had chained the car improperly and refused to submit to insurance or to pay. Please do not use RAT and save yourself expense and anxiety!
