Over-all I had a positive experience. Nicole was very helpful, answered all my questions, and tried to accomodate my schedule which was complicated. I put items in my car which were valuable and they arrived safely on the other end.

My only issues were:
the transport carrier was to provide 24 hours notice and he called when he was almost to the pick-up destination and he was a day early so my trip was interupted. I had to quicly leave from where I was and drive 5 hours to meet him while he waited for me. Thus the scheduling did not go smoothly on the pick-up side.

Addditionally it turned out to be 100 dollars more than I was quoted originally.

We have used this transport 3 times and I would use them again.
