Amerifreight should have been the first company we called. My husband is in the military and we had orders at the last minute for our new location. It was our first big move so we had no idea where to begin, we had contacted another company before Amerifreight and had been promised things that could not be done in regards to quotes and dates to have the car moved. A week went by and no progress. I had read Amerifreight's awesome reviews and called them as soon as possible to get our car out there as quickly as possible. At this point we were looking at spending more money on a car rental at our new destination the longer this was drawn out. We needed things to move fast, with little notice and Graham from Amerifreight was EXCELLENT! He was very knowledgeable educating us on the car shipping process. Withing 2 days our car was picked up at the exact time they said they would. The carrier company Amerifreight contacted for us had great customer service and the driver promptly called me for both the pick up information and delivery. We received the car sooner than we thought in perfect condition!!! We were very happy, Amerifreight took a complicated situation and worked with us to make it better. They met all our needs and truly impressed us. They exceeded our expectations especially since this was all during Thanksgiving week.
