Low Rate & Good Communication

I went with the lowest rate that I received, other brokers kept calling me and saying that my car wouldn't be picked up and that they would ask me for more money. I encountered neither of the two. I was not in a rush to receive my car so I knew that someone would pick up my vehicle even at such a low rate. I felt comfortable with VIP because they have you make your deposit via PayPal. I knew that if I would encountered any issues I could resolve the issue with PayPal. Robert nor the driver requested any additional funds and my car arrived in one day. The driver called me 2 hours ahead of time for pick up and 2 hours ahead of time for drop off. Robert was in constant contact with me during the process and also called after my car was delivered to ensure everything was ok. I would use VIP Transporters again in the future due to their competitive pricing and good communication.
