I never used an auto transport company before. I did my research on the web and was very nervous about the risks.
I called Robert at VIP Transport on a Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes he found a carrier going to Florida for a Monday departure (I was on a tight schedule). The paperwork was seamless and took about 5 minutes. Robert called me every day with updates. He took the time to explain the process and followed up with me once my car was delivered on Thursday.
Robert at VIP Transport took the time to do things right!
