scratched my car

This broker used JES Auto Transport to move our 2 cars across the country. One arrived with a badly scratched and slightly dented bumper. JES (owner John Stelma) promised to pay for the damage and asked for email photos, which we provided. He then disappeared and failed to return phone calls, emails, and snail mail. We even sent him an estimate from Toyota, which of course he ignored. AA Auto Home Movers was notified and did not take responsibility for the subcontractor they assigned. They should have promptly reimbursed. AVOID.
