I found it very easy to make shipping arrangements. After the contract was made, I did nothing except stay in touch with the seller at the pickup location. The only problem I had was trying to determine, through the company rep, exactly when the car would be picked up. Three days after the estimated pickup date, the driver called the seller and wanted to pick up the car that same day at 11pm. The seller refused because of the lack of notice and the late hour. Car was finally picked up the next morning at 6am. It was also frustrating that I was unable to get information over the weekend. Bottom line: great overall service, great price, information on pickup time somewhat lacking. It would be most helpful if the company would at least allow customer communication directly with the dispatcher, if not the transport driver.

James, thank you for your business and your feedback. Since this reveiw, we have a cutomer service rep on staff from 9am-1pm on Saturday and afterhour weekend dispatch support as well.
