DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Lomza Express Inc. transported my son's 2011 KIA Soul to Michigan where he is attending University. When the car arrived there was damage to the top of the car. I notified Mark at Lomza express about the damage and told him we were going to get a repair estimate from the local KIA body shop. The estimate for repairs was $658.15. I then forwarded the estimate to Mark. He told me it seemed high so he instructed me to get another estimate at the local Maaco body shop. This estimate at Maaco was $592.65. Preferring the KIA body shop make the repairs I personally called them and got them to lower their cost to repair to $588.00! After sending this information to Mark I did not receive a response. I then called him and he told me they were not going to pay for any repairs, no reason given! They say they have insurance to cover damages, what they dont tell you is that they have a deductable of $1000.00 and if the cost to make any repairs are below that you are on your own!
