First I was quoted a price from Mike at Mayflower to transport my vehicle to my home. I even called to verify the amount due. The car should up on time and the cost to get it unloaded went way up. In order to get the car (on a Sunday) I was forced to pay the price. When I called the company and spoke to Mike on Monday he said it was because it was an 'enclosed' trailer and the cost was more. He admitted the poor comunication (he should of told me about the enclosed trailer) and told me he would send me %75.00 in gas cards to compensate me for this misunderstanding. That was 4 months ago and dispite several calls and E-mails to this man and his company I have still not received a dime. I feel like I've been had and scammed. I recommend to anyone; don't sign up with this company. There are alot of other companies like this out there for less money and I would hope alot more professional.
