I was sending my car from Southern California to Kentucky to my brother. Bob Turner was my contact person from AmeriFreight. He was super helpful and with clear and prompt communication made the
Process easier. Every phone call or email was either answered immediately or responded in a fast and reasonable time. He was very patient with me and when needed explained to me how the transporting industry works and the whole process with him was professional, friendly and smooth.
The transporting company were very professional. They pick up the car at their earliest promise day and deliver in 6 days . They co-operate for the timing and communicate within the last two hours that we meet at pick up location. We requested 24 hours’ notice for the drop up. They gave 24 hours’ notice to my brother and they were in communication with him with the last 5 hours of arrival so they were so professional. The car got there within very short time and with no problem.
Overall my experience with AmeriFreight and specially my contact Bob Turner is supper
positive and I will use this company for my future deliveries and will recommend them to the friends
and families.
