Before I talk about the service, it is VERY important to understand that if you do not plan to be at the pick up location past a certain date, it is a good idea to give them the pick up date of atleast a week or so in advance. Apparently this is how ALL transporters work. They give you a certain time frame within which they say they will find a carrier. For me, it was like within 2 or 3 days. The came ON the day they said he would AND dropped the car on the day he said he would! The guys were great, courteous and very punctual. They were not able to pick up inside the apartment complex because of the 18 wheeler so we drove the cars to the entrance. HOWEVER, at drop off, the brought the car right to the door and parked it outside even though the truck was outside the complex. Again, be smart about the "available for pickup" date, if you cut it too close, the earliest pickup CAN be after your departure. Again though, this is the SAME for everyone that i looked into. Every one at a1a was great, courteous and I would definitely recommend them. Oh and the price was decent too. Not the cheapest but better than a few who wanted 1100 PER vehicle.I shipped 2 for 1725. Over all very happy with price and service!
