Driver rude & late

The contact person at Safe-Direct , JAson was very friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with.The driver however was bizarre and rude. I never heard from the driver during transport and finally called and was told the car would be delivered at 10 am Sat.I sat and waited from 10-445 pm.I called a few times with no return call till about 230 and when I told the driver I was upset that I had sat and waited all day when he could have called and changed the time, he said "Im upset too, in fact I'm going to quit as soon as I deliver your car." When he showed up, he was driving my car, it was not on a transport truck so I have no idea how long he was driving it around since I heard they would have arrived the night before at 2 am in LA. I asked him to go over the detail sheet with me and he became argumentative and kept telling me everything was fine. I found some scratches on the top and said they were not noted by the dealer and he said "Oh, but the dealer knows he just didnt write it down." Unprofessional & rude are the best words I can use to describe him.
