The company seemed dependable and reliable. The car was transported speedily without any noticeable damages to the exterior of the car. After contacting the transporting company, I was given accurate information about when the car would be picked up and an accurate estimation for when the car would arrive at the given destination. The car arrived within a week to two weeks, which was a lot quicker than I thought it would be for the car to arrive all the way in California. After receiving the car, I took it around the block and found that the car was running just fine and without a scratch. The customer service was fine, and the person who delivered the car seemed to be super nice and patient because one of his last deliveries had a mistake so he was running a bit late, but I feel for the guy and I am just glad my car made it all the way across the country in one piece. Amerifreight turned out to be a good choice for an auto transport delivery service company. The customer service was wonderful despite a slight problem when contacting the company because no one answered the phone and instead, I left a message but no one ever called back, so I ended up calling again and everything took care of itself from there.
