Great service poor timing

The service from Jorge was handled really well, he took his time to explain the process. It may be out of their control, but the shippers took awhile to arrive, 2 weeks after I first placed the order. In the future they should suggest increasing the bid much earlier if they can't get someone to pick up at that price.
