I had a good experience with United Road, though their entire system seems a bit clustered. The person that I spoke with at United Road made my reservation and assisted in setting up times, but I was then passed to another person that I believe was with an outside vendor. That person then passed me on to another person who scheduled the pick up. I was then passed onto the actual driver for communication purposes. It all seemed a bit clustered and confusing.

The driver was *extremely* good at communication. He called me several times to confirm times and locations and kept me up-to-date on his whereabouts in a fashion that made me feel comfortable with knowing where he was, but also wasn't annoyingly too much. The only issue I had with the driver was the fact that his truck was a bit too big to get to my address, so he parked near the interstate exit and drove a car to my parent's house to notify us that he was here and that we should follow him to the truck. My parents and I are almost positive he was driving a car that he had picked up to ship. However, we can't be certain. It seemed a bit fishy and unprofessional though.

Car arrived EARLY and no damages. It was dirty as hell, but I didn't mind- it *did* just go across country on an open truck bed.

All in all- I would recommend them... though they were the highest priced quote I got. I could have gotten the same service for cheaper I'm sure.
