I spent days agonizing over at least 20 quotes, reading reviews, reading horror stories, talking to many brokers all of whom promised wonderful service. I ended up using A-Across USA mainly because they had been in business so long and the guy I talked to, Corey, seemed very believable, knowledgeable and helpful. I called him many times before I made my decision and each time I received a courteous response. They were not the least expensive, nor the most expensive, (I had quotes from $600 to $950) but in my mind they were definitely the best. Also, their part of the fee was the same dollar amount as some of the cheapest quotes! My car was picked up by Oleg the day after I gave my order, and 5 days later it was delivered to my door. Oleg called us twice on the day of delivery to confirm when he would arrive, and he was within minutes of his estimate. Although the car was dirty (to be expected) there was no damage, the stuff we had in the trunk was still there, and Oleg was friendly and accommodating. Way to go - I would highly recommend this organization.
