After searching the web for reviews of car shipping brokers, I settled on 3, and called them all. Even from this first step I felt the most comfortable with AmeriFreight and my advisor Jorge Cruz. I went through the entire process with him, and he was really standing by me the entire time.
The first car carrier company he sent me to left me very uncomfortable, so I called Jorge with my concerns. Within the day he had contacted that company twice, asking questions and getting clarifications. By the end of the day he had me connected with another company. He had carefully listened to my questions, answered them without any attitude, and found me another group who did a great job!
Jorge was marvelous! He called every day until my car was delivered to see how the trip to NC was going, and if I was satisfied. He explained how the car-transport culture worked. and what I should expect and what I should not accept. He was patient when I was anxious, and supportive when I was uncertain. And he always had the answers to my questions and concerns. Try to get Mr. Cruz as your advisor if you possibly can!!!
I would also highly recommend Cypress Auto Shipping Inc (Anaheim, CA) as a very reliable, honest and courteous car shipper.
My car is in Charlotte with me now,and I couldn't be happier about AmeriFreight and Jorge Cruz!
