This was my first shipping experience for my 2007 Corvette. My wife and I were moving cross country for a military change in station and decided to ship my car. The driver that picked up my car was very helpful. Since I was moving to a relatively small town (Pensacola) and he had other shipments going to Miami, he had some tight commitments. When I told him I wouldn't be able to take the car back from him for about a week, he could have easily terminated the contract. However, he worked to help me out and we decided he would leave it at a secure location in Pensacola while he made the rest of the deliveries in Miami and then we would get together when he was headed back through. The fact that he was willing to do this for me was great customer service to say the least. My car was in the same condition i left it in and I had zero complaints with the service.
