I hired Auto Transport Logistics to transport 2 trucks, one from Washington State to Arizona and one from Arizona to Washington State. I will definitely never use ATL again and would recommend that no one else use them either.
The first truck a 2008 F150 was delivered only 2 days late, no damage.
The second truck was a lifted 1997 F-250 in excellent condition. I told ATL that the truck was lifted, what size the tires where and how tall to the roof, which was noted on the job ticket from ATL. When the transporter showed up in Arizona to pick up the F250 the driver said that he should get more money because it was lifted. I showed him the work order and he loaded the truck and proceeded to take it to Washington State. My dad lives in Washington and is the one receiving the F250. When the truck arrived in Washington the transport company called my dad and told him they were not going to deliver the truck until they received more money. Basically they were holding my truck ransom; ATL did nothing to help us receive the truck. I had to call both ATL and the transport company and threaten to call the policy and report the truck stolen. When the transport company finally delivered the truck someone had removed the bed liner with crow bars and tried remove the rear sliding window, doing a lot of damage to the bed and the cab. The total costs are over $3000.00 for repairs. Here is the worst part; the transports insurance company will not cover the damage because the transport company said they took the F250 off of their truck while they were refusing to deliver. ATL is claiming no responsibility and will not help us with any of the repairs or trying to get the transport company that they hired to be responsible. Bottom line I would definitely not use ATL, if there are any issues they will claim no responsibility and will not help you at all.

First we would like to thank Mr Shockley for his time and patience in allowing us to find a solution for this problem that arose while his truck was in the care of a contracted carrier. Since being made aware of the damages and the dissatisfaction of our customer, we have made contact with the carrier company and the insurance company with the end result being complete reimbursement for all damages done to his vehicle. The carrier company has accepted full responsibility and has sent Mr Shockley a check to cover the cost of repairs.
