I was surprised at the willingness to assist me so promptly, after deciding to move to ohio from California shipping my car was very last minute. The morning I called the company Cecily immediately started calling for someone to pick up my car. The same evening Allan came to pick up my vehicle. He was there a little after dinner time and told me he would have it in Ohio either Friday or Saturday which was 3 days before my original quote. He handled my car with car and lifted it and then drove off into the distance. On Thursday I requested a locator on my my car and Charlotte called me the same day, I believe in the same hour or so. She confirmed with the driver Friday or Saturday I would see my baby (my car). Saturday arrived and the driver Allan called me around 4pm and said he would be delivering my car by 8pm. Sure enough, he called around 7:15am and delivered my car. He prefers to deliver and pick up vehicles in non residential areas. To make it easier to drive the cars up the ramp and back them off the ramp and not block traffic. He was very professional, walking around my vehicle when he picked it up and had the receipt for me to sign once he released the vehicle. I hope he gets paid well. Oh and I was charged $200 for a deposit and $850 for the transport. I also gave him some goodies since I had no cash. Will be using this company for the next move & adventure! Allan was a great guy & the company was very professional and helpful! I was very stressed out during such a swift & far move by myself and this company eased my mind.
