Review:

We had to ship our cars from Massachusetts (north of Boston) to California, in the San Francisco area. Graham, our contact at Amerifreight was awesome. He was knowledgeable and coordinated everything to the best of his abilities. He informed us on all the possible snags that could arise with shipping our car and was there to help work anything out. The carrier was scheduled to pick up our cars on Friday, August 3, 2012 around 3pm (they had called that morning to confirm). By 4 and 5pm we hadn't heard anything and were calling Graham, because we were unable to get in touch with the dispatcher. We must have called him 4 times that night, because our flight for CA was leaving at 9:30 the next morning. It turns out that our carrier wasn't going to show and pick up our cars and wasn't going to call us about it, but Graham was able to get us their number and we were able to coordinate pickup for that night (around 9pm). All in all, everything worked out in the end. Our cars got to us midday on Thursday, August 9th. We did have to drive the truck drivers back to their truck (they had to park it just off the freeway, because it wouldn't be able to make it around all the roads near us), but everything worked out for the best. We got our cars earlier than we thought we might, so we didn't have to get a rental car for a second week. We would definitely ship our cars with AmeriFreight again.
