DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS $1150 AND SURPRISE, ON THE DAY OF PICK UP, IT JUMPED TO $1600. AFTER AGREEING TO THE FEE AS I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE, AND WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF THE BROKER FEE, I HAD TO ARRANGE FOR THE CAR TO BE PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY AS THE DRIVER WAS NOT IN THE AREA. I WAS ALSO ASSURED THAT THE DELIVERY WOULD TAKE 1 WEEK. WELL, 16 DAYS LATER I GOT THE CAR. I ALSO GOT THE SHAFT FROM CRAIG WHO NOW CLAIMED THAT THE $1600 WAS ONLY TO THE DRIVER, SO I HAD TO PAY THAT OR THEY WOULD NOT RELEASE THE CAR.
THE TRANSPORT COMPANY SUCKED TOO. THEIR TRUCK LOOKED LIKE IT WAS 30 YEARS OLD, VERY DIRTY AND I HAD TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GET TO THEM AND JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET THEM PAID AS THEY DONT TAKE CREDIT CARDS OR PERSONAL CHECKS.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. CRAIG IS FULL OF BS AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR AFTER HE COLLECTS HIS $150 (WHICH IS THE ONLY AMOUNT GUARANTEED NOT TO GO UP)!

On June 6 Chris placed his order with our company to transport his vehicle by an enclosed carrier. The first available pickup date was for June 27. At the time we quoted the transport, carriers were accepting approximately $1000.00 for that route. On June 26, we located a carrier to pickup Chris' vehicle on June 27. Upon contacting Chris to dispatch the vehicle, we were advised that the vehicle would not be ready for pickup until July 18. On July 9, Chris once again changed the first available pickup date to July 23. Unfortunately, from the date of the order (June 6) to July 23, carriers on Chris' route were demanding significantly more money for enclosed transport. On July 24, we were able to secure an enclosed carrier for pickup on July 25. The carrier requested $1600.00. As a broker we have no control over the amount a carrier charges to accept a vehicle. This is especially true in a situation when a quote is provided almost 2 months prior to pickup. We advised Chris of of the additional charge prior to dispatching the vehicle. Chris accepted the price increase. It is our company policy to NOT dispatch a vehicle for a higher price without getting the customer's authorization to do so. The first we learned of a late delivery by the carrier, was the posting of Chris' review. We never received a phone call or email from Chris regarding delivery. Had Chris contacted us, we would have been more than happy to contact the carrier on his behalf to get an explanation. We pride ourselves in assisting customers even after we have completed the service of locating a carriers and dispatching vehicles. LAstly, Chris is absolutely correct in stating that OUR fee is the only amount guaranteed to NOT increase. As a broker, we try to negotiate the best possible rate by a carrier for our customers. We understand that we cannot please all of our customers 100% of the time, but we take criticism constructively and strive for perfection.
