24 hour notice???

I was just not given a 24 hour phone call when the company was coming to get the vehichle. I scheduled the transport almost a month in advance. I was very happy with Domestic Auto Transport and happy with the actual service and would use both companies again. I was just disappointed I had to make the phone call a few days before confirming when they were coming and then the company called me 30 minutes before taking the vehicle. I was not called by Domestic Auto Transport with a 24 hour notiificaton.

Naomi 360 834 6013 naomi@domesticautotransport.com Thank you for the feedback on your shipment. I would like to state that i fell that a 3 star review is selling us a little short. I am sorry we were not able to give 24 hours notice of the pickup. However there are time where carriers have a last minute cancelation and instead of passing on the carrier and jeopardizing the vehicle not being picked up, we did move forward. It was a pleasure working with you. Thanks again.
