I worked extensively with Mike on shipping my 2009 Nissan Versa from Fremont, CA to Austin, TX. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention being extremely patient with me, who had to ship a vehicle for the first time. Due to my new living situation in Texas, my vehicle could not arrive before nor after the required date. Along the process I even had to change the delivery address last minute, and Mike was able to deliver a successful coordination and communicated thoroughly with the driver and me. The driver that he found for me was very nice and friendly, and delivered my car on the DAY that I needed, within the TIME window that I asked for. Impressive service, highly recommended.
