From Wisconsin to LA

I scheduled my daughter's car in late April, for pickup available the first week of June, to be transported from Wisconsin to Los Angeles. Pickup of the vehicle was a week later than what I was hoping, however, I understand the nature of the trucking industry.

Received a day before pickup an email confirmation from Stateway Auto Transport with the name and phone number of the driver being dispatched. Juan, the driver, contacted me about when he would arrive and called when the car was loaded and he was underway.

I needed to change the drop-off location because of the neighborhood not being truck friendly and he was very flexible with the change. The driver was forced to delay by half-a-day the delivery because he had to wait on another customer who was not ready, but kept in touch, and delivered the car at the time he said he would arrive without an incident. Very professional service. Bottom line, I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Great value for the price paid.
