We were given a 5 day window for pick up, on day 5 we were told "sorry no truck maybe early next week". They came on Tuesday of the following week. We were also told by AA that our cars would be delivered within 4 - 6 days from pick up - When we attempted to verify this time frame the transport company who picked up our contract sent me a copy of their agreement that said AA agreed to an 8 - 10 day window. Do not trust this company!
