Poor Communication when Issue with Truck

Review:

Pros: 1) Pickup in 2 days 2) Delivery 5 days after pickup Cons: 1) Monday told car picked up Fri (Montway hours say open Sat) i.e. car already in transit 3 days 2) No reply to email requesting help with driver until late next day when we took care of problem on our own (2nd time poor response time to email) 3) Truck they booked with was pretty old and driver had very poor communication. Summary: Fair price and fair booking time but you are on your own if their are any issues with your vehicle or trucking company. Since the broker has the most leverage with the trucking company and it doesn't seem Montway will use that leverage to help you with issue with trucking company.
