Needed a car transported from NC to CT. First dealt with this idiot, Joe frm Rapid Transportes, who promissed me the world. I made the initial deal with him on Saturday, 5/31/2012, and he promise to have my car picked up on Monday, 6/2/2012, and delivered by Wednesday(6/4/2012). Monday came and went. Tuesday and Wednesday also came and went. No phone calls, no return messages, no nothing. I began to look around again and found Transport Connections. I made contact with Bill and he was gracious and honest enought to say he was eating dinner and he would call me back within 1/2 hour. Bill did return my call. I explained my situation to him and he said that he could he help. I was then contacted by Joe. I explained to him that I need the car by Saturday and he promise that he would. Eventhough he did not have a truck available. After a lenghty back an forth exchange, I subsequently fired Joe and hired Bill.
Bill explained the process and had me look at the Transport Reviews regarding his company against Rapid Tranporters. Night and day. Unkept promises, no delivery, no return phone calls, no status updates from Joe and Rapid Tranporters. Nothing but raves for Transport Connection. I hired Bill and true to his word, he had a transporter, had the car picked up as promised and delivered 2 hours before promised. My sale rep in CT was extremely happy because he came in special on his day off to accept the car. Everything went smooth as silk and I accepted the car on 6/16/2012, 2 weeks later then promised by Joe.
Bill, I want to thank you, again. I know I made numerous phone calls to you and you were more then gracious to help me and to keep me calm through this very stressful endeavor. I should have went to you 1st. Many thank, again. If I could I would give you and your company more than 5 Gold Stars. You help make a 42 year old dream of mine for this car come true. Many, many thanks.
