I had my concerns about the service initially, as I was not going to be at the pickup point, and wouldn't be able to sign off on preexisting damages on my car, but all was well on the other end, with my car getting there even faster than I had originally been quoted. The carrier company gave me a call one day before it arrived, then my carrier contacted me at several points the day of, setting up an appropriate and easy to locate drop-off location near my apartment, and letting me take my time to check the car for damage before leaving. All in all, I definitely recommend them!
