| Great service at Red Carpet Transport |
From the beginning Bernadette at customer service went above and beyond great customer sevice at the transport company. She really explained the whole process, even how they price transport costs and she kept in contact with me the whole time (before, during, and after). It was especially helpful that she took the extra time to help me and give me tips about the area I was moving to. Not only was she knowledgeable about housing areas, but she referred me to several business contacts and service people that I needed when I ask her for help. The driver was very nice and even volunteered to keep our car at his house so he could keep an eye on it because we were not going to arrive until several days after him. He also delivered the vechicle to my daughter, at the rental car company, at the airport, so she didn't have to go anywhere else after turning in her rental car. All the way through the whole process we had great service and I would certainly use Red Carpet again and refer my friends to them.
