Review:My Jeep liberty was shipped from CA to IN with an original quote of $760. I made the reservation about a week and a half in advance to my pick up date. By the time my pick up date arrived, Red Carpet had still not located a transport. I called and was told that it was a high volume shipping time of year and was told that I may want to increase my shipping offer by $100. I offered to increase by $200 and received an offer the next day. My jeep was picked up three days later than I wanted but arrived in indiana in under three days of transport time. So in the end the Jeep arrived by an acceptable date. It would have been nice to recieve a phone call from time to time to let me know what the status was on finding a truck to make the move but like I said, in the end everything worked out just fine. The original quote I was provided was much lower than many aother shipping companies so even with the $200 increase i feel like I got a good deal, plus because I had to increase my offer, red carpet lowered their broker fee to help offest some of the cost. I was very happy overall. Thanks red carpet!
