Service is discribed in one word: H O R R I B L E, This company's way of doing business is shocking!!! I can not recall dealing with a company that has this low level of service before now. It is truly a "BAIT AND SWITCH" deal. My nightmare with this company began when the original dates promised for pick up and drop off were not honored. If that were all, that in itself would be distressing, but the new dates that they chose were not approved by me, nor did the new dates they chose work for my situation. The real kicker in this whole mess is that I was informed by a very arrogant, dismissive person, Alberto, that no adjustment in price would happen- period. Nor would a refund of my upfront payment of $275.00 be refunded. I am a small business owner and desperately need my vehicle for my business. My business also works in a capacity that helps inner city children and we get NO funding for some of the work we do. There is no room in the budget for being duped like this.
This is very distressing and I am so glad that the internet has a place for alerting other potential victims of this horrible situation.
I would never recommend this company as a viable transportation company because they are quick to promise pick up and delivery times (guaranteed), send a contract; argue about the contract once they have collected the upfront fees and no longer work with you. I was passed around from one agent to the next and the one that I spoke with the most was as stated earlier very rude and dismissive. Stay Away!!!
