1. I don't write reviews, but good work must be noticed and rewarded!
2. Cat, my rep from Capital Auto Transport is Honest!
3. I was in a major rush!
I called capitol Auto Transport on a Sunday morning, Car was picked Up Tuesday Morning!
4. Cat, the representative answered all my questions and concerns...along with an email sent explaining the entire process from A-Z. (Therefore, nothing can be changed by the delivery company, such as extra delivery fees, ect....Perfect!).
5. I contacted Cat via phone or email multiple times - Within 1 hour, my concerns was taken followed up on.
6. Cat, knows her business - organized, transportation contacts, communication level, builds trust.
7. Delivery Driver - organized and very polite!
8. Not moving again, However Cat and Capital Auto transport will stay in my contact list for family and friends.
