I am glad, i got my vehicle back on time, in good condition, except for dirt on it. And i am sure, the weather was harsh. The driver was prompt, punctual, very understanding and a decent guy who responded well to many calls of mine!

Vivian is the primary contact person, i spoke to. She is clear about the process, the amount due and the dates. Wider window for a pick up and delivery were politely asked from me, but that was just in case they dint get a driver on the particular date i gave. Pick up and drop off were ON time.

I wish, they could accept personal checks, as i had to rush and get a cashier's check for the amount due on delivery. There were no banks nearby my new residence.

I would choose them again, if i move anywhere else.
