Eric provided what I began to believe was impossible in the right moment of time. Previously, I had an order for my SUV to be picked up from EZ AUTO CARRIERS. My SUV sat there for a month awaiting a pick up, however, I became impatient and started calling other places. One in particular, 1st Call Auto Haul, provided me the reassurance I needed. Eric was knowledgeable about the industry; he even compared other companies’ prices and level of service unbiased. What took the previous company one month, Eric made happen overnight. My SUV was picked up the next day, plus Eric passed on some carriers if their reviews and length of service did not meet his standards. He wanted the best for his customers. Plus, he searched for options to lower the transport price. Most of all, he remained truthful, polite, and confident about his service. Being in the military and always moving the reliability and the promptness this company makes moving much easier and efficient.
