Prior to this company I tried 2 others transport companies that had a good rating, but were unable to fulfill their commitment. I was not kept in the loop and communication was poor. They were brokers and TNT is a company. That is the difference. TNT came through in spite of a number of difficulties, which they were willing to work around. Their communication was excellent; they returned calls and e-mailed me whenever they could not talk to me in person. They fulfilled their obligation completely. I would definitely recommend this company over anyone else.

It is very difficult to separate the brokers from the Service providers and can become overwhelming with those who say "they can" that end up disappointing you. I recall our conversation and the lack of trust you had left with the run around while not knowing what was actually going on with your particular move. I really can't blame you for having any confidence after your ordeal. As I advised you when you reached out to TNT, that we can definitely help you and were able to do so with professionalism and concern for your individual situation. That is what sets us apart, is we treat all customers as individuals with different needs, there are never (2) alike although we hear your story quite a bit.
