I settled an order for transport of my car for $750 out of which I paid 175 as deposit and remaining $575 was due at delivery. After seven days of my desired date, I called company and they told me that my car will be picked up in the next coming days. however, when the driver came to take my car, I just asked him unintentionally that how much I owe him at the delivery and to my utmost surprise, he said 1250, i.e., an additional $675 dollars. I decided to not ship my car and called the company next morning and they started making lame excuses, 'yeah its because of gas and other things', but they never let me know about the increase in price. After a few days, another driver came to pick the car but the amount due was $1050 this time, which will be due at the delivery.

I did not transport my car with this company and cancelled my order. I was apprehensive in the beginning after reading their reviews on this site, and they did the same thing as they did to many other customers. Although my deposit was lost, however, I was safe from losing extra $600-700.

They are just cheaters and big liars. Please don't do business wit them.

this customer was given a credit for the full deposit, the customer was informed that the drivers all wanted more money, he agreed that it was ok and that he would pay it, when the drivers came he refused to give the car,.
