All I can say is WOW! I've purchased vehicles out-of-state several times but it's been a while.
I couldn;t find the co. I had used previously so I sent a general inquiry and got bombarded by offers. They were all over the place! I had 2 real low ones. I called the first one. He said he couldn;t do it for that price! I knew then, this guy was a scammer! It said in the email that they had "researched the price they sent me before they sent it" - BS! The 2nd co. told me they'd honor the price and would send out paperwork, line the job up, etc. Sure, I got the paperwork but after 6 days, didn't get a call, got voicemail when I called, etc. Another scammer.
Then, I get a call from Warren at Pro on Friday. I don't remember getting a quote originally from them. At this point, I'm really sceptical. He tells me that his price is REAL and that he can do what he says he'll do. He told me, he'll pick the vehicle up on Monday at the latest, and delivery by Friday. I'm thinking "yeah, right". The seller calls me to tell me the vehicle was picked up Monday afternoon! I was really surprised. I called Pro, and talked to Eric. He told me the name of the carrier (Hauls of Justice) and told me I could call them directly. I did. Talked to Danny on Monday. He tells me, I should see the vehicle by Thursday. I thought "great, a day earlier". Next thing I know, Danny calls me to tell me that I'll have the vehicle Tuesday evening!! I was blown away! Sure enough, I picked it up late Tuesday night! Turned out to be a great experience!
We all know timing is everything, etc. but as long as people are honest with you, tell you like it is, and then end up exceeding expectations, then they're running their business as they should.
