| A Great Auto Transport Experience |
My son was traveling from California to Texas, hauling a trailer when his truck blew an engine in Arizona. He had the truck put in storage there and continued on to Texas. I had to retrieve the truck and contacted several transport companies to haul my truck from Arizona to California and the prices quoted were much more than I had expected. I was really getting frustrated when I received a call from Jon Harrington at American Car Transportation. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to explain to me the entire process. He was very efficient and we quickly reached a deal at $425. which was considerably less than other quotes I had received. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the way it turned out. The auto transporter,Ray, was great to work with. He contacted me with all the details of the transport and saved me a trip to Arizona by paying for my storage fees, for which I reimbursed him. He kept me informed and told me what time he would be at the delivery site and he was there right to the minute. My experience overall with this transport was excellent.
