worse service ever

this company is fraud. nobody should use this company. they did not pick the car on the day they said and it is more than two weeks now and i have been told that the car got here from new jersey to california but was dropped in a yard instead of been dropped to me. and i still havent received the car and when im trying to call the company and the driver they dont answer and the driver hang up on me when i was asking him where my car. the drivers name is HAMID and he is the rudest driver in transport history and this company big fraud. please my advice dont ever use this company.

Please be aware that all dates and times for pick-up and delivery are estimates. We are very clear about this during our initial call to each and every customer. Furthermore, customers are notified 24 hours in advance for both pick-ups and deliveries. If you are unavailable or do not return our call, we will take the car to the terminal that is in closest proximity to the customers destination address.

We mke every effort to accomodate our customers and work with their schedules and fortunately for us, the majority of them realize that delays can occur. This is also stated in our terms and conditions.
