Subject: car transport
Review:It takes too long to deliver the car. Shipper didnot call us to let us know there is the delay. When the car arrived to destination, driver delivered the car too late at night.

We sincerely apologize that the truck was delayed unfortunately in trucking there are unforseen factors.
We do agree about non-communication from the driver being unacceptable and the late night delivery.
We will not use this carrier again and hope that are good reviews will out weigh this negative experience that you had.
