| They're the Best! |
Transport Services contact, Fred Muller, was friendly, personable, professional and did even more than he committed to (like providing a telephone status report on a Saturday evening). Considering the 'Cadillac' level of service, the price was more than fair.
This company apparently thrives on providing timely, customer-friendly service and Fred is their best advocate. Fred should be considered as the 'Poster Child' of the Auto Transport business.
Fred selected D&N Services - Auto Transport of Nelson, Minnesota to deliver our new car, and their driver, Geoff, also provided frequent status reports and arrived within the time frame he quoted the previous day. He was very skilled at operating the carrier which allowed the car to carefully decend from its forward, top position. It arrived in exactly the same condition as when it was loaded on the carrier.
Overall, it was a very positive business experience and best of all, there were NO SURPRISES!
I will look forward to using them both again.
